Description	The state of the Content Feeder which is one of the following: `stopped` `starting` `initializing` `running` `failed` A typical health check monitors that the Content Feeder reaches state `running` after Content Feeder startup with a certain grace period.

Description	The state of the Content Feeder as number which is one of the following: 0 = `stopped` 1 = `starting` 2 = `initializing` 3 = `running` 4 = `failed` A typical health check monitors that the Content Feeder reaches state `running` after Content Feeder startup with a certain grace period.
