Removal: Flag "enableDuplicateSassImportsFix"

The compability flag "enableDuplicateSassImportsFix" has been removed from the theme configuration causing the fix to be enabled by default. If you have utilized the flag in your theme configuration and set it to "true" you can safely remove it. if you have not utilized the flag or set it to "false" please be aware that every SASS files is now again only included once in a theme build (as intended).

Fixed a Bug That in Some Cases SASS Files Could be Included Multiple Times

A bug in the theme tool chain caused that the SCSS files of a brick were included multiple times in some cases. As the files were loaded in a way that these duplicates might also have been overriding other styling rules and this will no longer happen after fixing the bug this is considered a potentionally breaking change.
