Added FeebackHubSettingsProvider

Some Feedback Hub plugins are using the non public API class BindingLookup to resolve configuration from the Feedback Hub. The class has been declared protected (again) and is replaced by the bean FeedbackHubSettingsProvider which can be used for REST controller or jobs inside Feedback Hub plugins.

Enhanced Lookup of ViewTypes for Container

Containers like Placements and Collections are using predefined static paths Options/Viewtypes/CMChannel/ and /Settings/Options/Viewtypes/CMChannel/ for viewtype lookup, defined in ContainerViewTypeSelectorForm. These folders are deprecated now.
