Deprecation of overloading frontend ImageFunctions#getImageLinkForAspectRatio

The overloaded frontend ImageFunctions#getImageLinkForAspectRatio methods have been deprecated. Use ImageFunctions#getImageLinkForAspectRatio(Blob, String, Map, boolean, String, HttpServletRequest, HttpServletResponse, boolean), which was introduced with this release instead.

Third-Party Update: Upgraded Node.js to 20 LTS

Since October 2023 the new LTS of Node.js is v20 and this version is now the default in the frontend workspace. Also pnpm has been updated to 8.15.3 and the dependency node-sass to version 9 accordingly. No further changes are needed.
