Fixed memory leak for killed CORBA sessions

A bug was fixed that caused CORBA sessions to not be cleaned up correctly, when they have not been closed orderly by the client. This lead to a memory leak in the Content Server due to accumulating events for such sessions.

Registration of Elastic Social MBeans

The Elastic Social management MBeans SearchServiceManager, AverageCounterServiceManager and HistogramCounterServiceManager were erronously registered in the MBean server's own default domain (DefaultDomain) and did not expose an application name. They are now named like all other CoreMedia MBeans and expose a type instead of a bean key for the classname.

Object names change from DefaultDomain:bean=SearchServiceManager,tenant=<tenant>

to com.coremedia:type=SearchServiceManager,application=<application>,tenant=<tenant>.

Adjust JMX scripts and monitoring configurations that refer to these MBeans.
