For Microsoft SQL Server, the Content Server will automatically change a database index definition, when it starts the first time after upgrading. Other databases are not affected. This change improves the performance when the Content Server deletes unused markup in a SQL Server database.

The update will replace the existing database index "targettextIndex" on column "target" of table "Texts" with a new index "targetSegmentIndex" on colums "target" and "segment" of the same table. This creation of the new index may take a few seconds when the Content Server is started after the upgrade.
