The included compose-wait tooling has been replaced with wait4x in a backwards compatible way.

In the compose development setup `WAIT_HOSTS` has been replaced with the more sophisticated wait4x pendants.

BREAKING CHANGE

The env WAIT_COMMAND from compose wait is not supported. All other compose wait environment variables are either implemented by the wait4x script wrapper in the base image or are superseded by the wait4x wait algorithm.
