Added section to Deployment Manual about GC configuration

A section about GC configuration has been added to the Deployment Manual (Docker Setup -> Container Images Build Process -> The java-application-base image -> Garbage Collector Configuration). It describes the rational about the choice of default GC algorithm and things to consider when trying out the G1GC.
