Node.js has been updated to new minor version 24.16.0 and PNPM has been updated to new major version 11.3.0.

If you have made adjustment to the PNPM settings please consider the release notes: https://pnpm.io/blog/releases/11.0

The existing settings have been migrated from ".npmrc" and "package.json" to the "pnpm-workspace.yaml"
