The version of traefik in the development test system setup has been updated to 2.11.37.

This upgrade fixes an incompatibility with Docker v29 container runtime. 2.11.37 also reverts the compatibility for encoded characters in urls which broke with Traefik version 2.11.32. If you are in between those versions, you should update and consider reading the migration documentation for 2.11.x starting at: https://doc.traefik.io/traefik/v2.11/migration/v2/#v211
