CAE now clears Freemarker template cache after theme/template updates

Fixed rendering problems due to outdated Freemarker template cache by automatically clearing the Freemarker template cache when themes or templates change, so updates are visible immediately instead of waiting for cache expiry (up to 1h on live delivery systems in default configuration).
