Reduced category loading in fragment calls

There is a new configuration flag in CAE cae.livecontext.categories.lazy-loading:false that can be used to enable a “lazy category loading mode” in the CAE. If set to “true” no categories will be loaded during a fragment call (at least for pure augmentation). This also prevents the validation of the entire category path. This mode certainly results in less load for a CAE (when cache misses are expected), but you should be sure that the categories can be loaded during request processing.
