In the release 2104.1 a new commerce schema for commerce has been added, but it wasn't enabled as default as denoted in the release notes and What's New documents. The augmentation extension is now enabled by default.

Please add the application property caas.commerce.enabled=true to the headless server, if you want to use the old deprecated commerce schema extension.
