Fixed Bug Where Content Items Could Not Be Opened From Library When DefaultTabStateManager is Disabled

The editorContext allows to disable the DefaultTabStateManager. We fixed a bug where content items could not be opened form the library in that case.

Removed "SiteAwareFeatureUtil.preLoadConfiguration()" from Startup

The pre-caching call SiteAwareFeatureUtil.preLoadConfiguration() has been removed from the Studio startup since it is too expensive when used with many sites and is only used in combination with the SiteAwareFeaturePlugin.
