The log implementation in publisher classes has been modernized.

Formerly, all log entries for the publisher were logged with the category cap.server.publisher. Now they are logged with the categories reflecting their fully qualified class names, starting with hox.corem.server.publish. Monitoring queries with the affected categories may have to be adjusted.
