List of metrics are associated to data source Chatbot Stats in an aggregation panel.

Chatbot Stats panels contain metrics that allow you to track the performance of the chatbot. The metrics include the number and percentage of node interactions, the number of node session expirations, and the time spent on each node.

The following tables list the metrics of Chatbot Stats aggregation panel, sorted by alphabetic order. Use CRTL + F in Windows or Command + F in MacOS to search inside the page.

  • # - Count
  • % - Percentage
In a conversational flow or decision tree system, this would count specific interactions with individual nodes or decision points in the conversation path. This measures how users navigate through different parts of a structured conversation.
Node session expirations
  • # - Count
  • % - Percentage
Number of times user sessions timed out or expired while at specific nodes in the conversation flow.
Time on node
  • µ - Average
  • M - Maximum
  • m - Minimum
  • ∑ - Sum
The duration a contact spent on a specific interactive voice response (IVR) or chatbot node before moving to the next step or exiting the system.
