A chatbot is a virtual assistan that allow your customers and your operators to interact with CoreMedia Digital Experience Platform. Chatbots help customers to get the information they need.

Chatbot panels contain metrics related to the chatbot that include the number of clicks2call, the number of click2chats, and the number of interactions.
