Downloading Data from a Panel

Download data from a panel to a file.

Learn how to download the data that you are visualizing in a panel to a CSV, XLS, XLSX, or ODS file.

Prerequisites

  • Have a user with permissions to use CCAS.

  • Have created, at least, one panel in a dashboard.

Steps

1. Select download format

Select an already created panel.

  1. In top right corner of a dashboard, click …​.

  2. In the dropdown menu, select the format of the file to which you want to download the panel data. For example, CSV.

Result

Contact Center and Analytics Studio notifies you that it is preparing the file to download.

Go to the download folder of your browser and open the file.
