Scheduling Periodic Exports

Schedule periodic exports of data from data sources with defined rules and select how do you want to receive the data.

Contact Center and Analytics Studio creates snapshots of the data and delivers the snapshots periodically to your email, notifies you, or makes it available via SFTP connection.
Prerequisites

Have a user with permissions to use CCAS.

Have created, at least, one panel in a dashboard.
Steps
1. Open the Exports App
Select an already created panel.

In top right corner of a dashboard, click ….

In the dropdown menu, select EXPORTS.
2. Configure the export
Configure the export as explained in the EXPORTS App documentation.
