Description of the important parameters of the general settings of campaigns.

Tags

Define the tags associated with the campaign.

Validate visitor type

Define which type of visitors can view the campaign. One of the following:

  • All visitors: Select this option if you want the campaign to target all the visitors.

  • Only identified visitors: Select this option if you want that the campaign to target identified visitors. Identified visitors are visitors that you know the name and the email or phone number.

  • Only anonymous visitors: Select this option if you want the campaign to target new anonymous visitors.

Limit campaign period

Define the start and end dates of the campaign. The campaign will be active between the entered dates.

Validate respecting business hours

Select the skill to validate the business hours. For example, if you select skill Voice, the campaign will be active during the business hours defined in the Voice skill.

Limit time schedule

Define the period of the day in which the campaign is active.

Validate available voice credits (monthly)

Validate if the client has voice credits to spare. If the spent voice credits are above the client limit, requests to call will be rejected.

Validate available voice credits (daily)

Define a daily limit to spend voice credits.

Associate contact list

Select the contact list to associate the campaign.
