Define the visual appearance of your surveys by customizing the survey theme. You can use predefined generic themes or set colors, fonts, and layout options to match your brand identity.

Description

Select survey theme type

Type of the theme. Select one of the following:

Generic - Use one of the predefined generic themes. You see a preview of this theme in the Preview field. You can upload or select a Logo by clicking the Select logo button.
Custom - Select a predefined custom theme from the Choose a custom theme dropdown.
HTML - Define the theme by providing custom CSS and Javascript in the corresponding fields. TODO: Which elements exists where CSS and Javascript should attach to?
Dynamic HTML - Here you can use the Survey API to render the survey completely on your side. More information about the Survey API can be found in the Customer Success documentation.

Preview

Only visible for a generice theme. Shows a preview of this theme.

Logo image

Use a predefined generic logo or upload a logo image to display at the top of the survey. Click Remove logo image to delete the current logo and Select logo to select a new logo.

CSS

Only visisble for HTML theme type. Custom CSS to define the visual appearance of the survey.

Javascript

Only visisble for HTML theme type. Custom Javascript to define the behavior of the survey.

On top of this window, you see a preview of the selected logo image for the selected language.

Select a logo from the predefined logos. Click Accept to confirm your selection.

Personal

Upload a custom logo image from your computer or use one from the Available images_.

Add new image - Click Choose file to select a new image from your computer and the click add to add it to the Available images. Click Accept to confirm your selection. The field supports the common formats for images such as PNG, JPG and GIF.
Available images - Select an image from the available images. Click Accept to confirm your selection.
