Tips on how to effectively use engagement cloud documentation.

Search tips

  1. Click the search box in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Type in your search query. For example, segmentation.

  3. Press Enter.
    You will see a list of results matching your query. The results include pages related to Content Cloud and Engagement Cloud.

  4. Select Engagement Cloud from the filter options on the left to narrow down the results to Engagement Cloud documentation.

  5. (Optional) Select a category from the filter options on the left to further narrow down the results. For example, Analytics to view results related to analytics only.

  6. Click on a result to view the corresponding documentation page. For example, click Metrics Panel Metrics.

Analytics

Documentation related to Engagement Cloud Analytics features, such as Metrics Panel, Segments Actions, and more.

These features help you analyze customer data, track performance metrics, and gain insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
