Table Of ContentsIn CoreMedia Studio, experiences can be created and managed to enhance user engagement. One of the key features is the ability to assign an A/B test from CoreMedia Engagement Cloud to an experience. In CoreMedia Engagement Cloud, these A/B tests are referred to as Onsite A/B Test Campaigns. This integration allows for sophisticated testing and optimization of content to improve user interactions and achieve business goals.
Prerequisites
To use CoreMedia Engagement Cloud experiences in CoreMedia Studio, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
Installation of the Core Extension: Ensure the
p13n-core
extension is installed as described in Section 4.1, “Installing Client-Side Personalization”.Configuration of the Core Extension: Configure the
p13n-core
extension as described in Section 4.2.1, “Configuring the p13n-core Extension”.Setup of the CoreMedia Engagement Cloud Integration: Set up the CoreMedia Engagement Cloud integration as described in Section, “Configuration in CoreMedia Studio”.
Engagement Cloud Onsite A/B Test Campaigns exist
These steps ensure that the necessary components and configurations are in place to create and manage experiences in CoreMedia Engagement Cloud.
Usage
A/B Test Campaigns from CoreMedia Engagement Cloud can be used directly when creating an experience document. To create an experience in CoreMedia Studio, follow these steps:
Create an Experience via the "Create" menu in CoreMedia Studio.
Assign an A/B Test from CoreMedia Engagement Cloud to the Experience.
Fill the variants with content.
Link the Experience to a page.
The Experience is now ready to be published and tested.
