Fix Workflow Server Inconsistency after Running workflowconverter -A/-X

Fixed a bug where the Workflow Server could report a process definition as both enabled and disabled after running cm workflowconverter -A or -X. As a result, gRPC clients failed to load the process definitions, and CORBA clients could fail trying to use an outdated version. The Workflow Server and its clients now use the correct state for each process definition.

LinkTarget not preserved if defaultLinkTarget is configured: When dragging a link from one line to another inside the editor, the target may change. It may also change when copy/paste the link.

Fixed Bug in Replication of Rules

The replication of rules failed for rules of live groups with particular characteristics. This has been fixed now. The bug is fatal and prevents the setup of a new RLS. So, if you have not noticed it yet, you are not affected, because you have no such rules on the MLS. The bug affects all CMCC 13 versions up to 2512.1.1 and 2512.0.3.

Fixed: Paste action of content was disabled for readonly folder with enabled create action of same content type.

When allowing e.g. creating articles in a folder, which is in general readonly, copy&paste of articles was not possible, as the paste action was disabled. This is fixed.

Fixed Exception in CMExternalLinkImpl#getUrl

Depending on the underlying content, CMExternalLinkImpl#getUrl threw an IllegalArgumentException under certain conditions. This has been fixed now, and the method returns a URL reliably.
