This chapter contains all changes made in Release 7.5.24 of CoreMedia Digital Experience Platform 8.

Changes

CoreMedia LiveContext for IBM WebSphere Commerce Improvements

Improvements

  • CoreMedia LiveContext for IBM WebSphere Commerce now supports IBM WebSphere Commerce 7.0 Feature Pack 8 (Fixpack 9). Please refer to the LiveContext Manual for prerequisites and installation steps. Please note that this release of CoreMedia LiveContext only supports B2C use-cases and no specific B2B use-cases (e.g. contract-based catalog filtering is currently not supported). Also the provided demo data is currently not covering the AuroraB2BESite example store.

Changes

  • Class com.coremedia.livecontext.ecommerce.catalog.Category has been extended by the method getDisplayName(). The Studio model ActionScript classes also reflect this change. This method is used e.g. to display the category name in Studio UI components (catalog tree and breadcrumb).
