CoreMedia components provide collaborative features such as projects and todos, notifications or
Studio workflows for publication and translation. The CoreMedia components
which provide these features are Studio, Workflow Server and User Changes web applications.
By default, these components use MongoDB as the persistence layer for the
collaborative features. However, it is possible to use an in-memory setup instead.
We refer to the section In-Memory Replacement for MongoDB-Based Services
of the [CoreMedia DXP 8 Manual].
