Field Description

NAME

Required - Name of the team. For example, Winning team.

DEFAULT OPERATOR STATUS

Defines the default status of the operator after login. One of the following:

  • Active: By default, when the operator logs in, the operator is able to receive contacts.

  • Pause: By default, when the operator logs in, the operator cannot receive contacts. The operator has to manually change the status to Active to start receive contacts.

OPERATOR CAN SET STATUS

Defines whether the operator can change the operator status. One of the following:

  • Yes: The operator can change the status to Active or Pause.

  • No: The operator cannot change the status. The operator is always in the status defined by the DEFAULT OPERATOR STATUS field.

Accordion: Video Broadcast

Field Description

RESOLUTION

Defines the resolution of the video broadcast. The resolution is defined by the width and height of the video in pixels. The resolution is defined as width x height.

One of the following:

  • 640x480

  • 1280x720

  • 1920x1080

BITRATE

The amount of data transferred per unit of time, measured in kilo bits per second. It defines the quality of the video when broadcasting.

For example, 400 kbps.

Note that Assisted Support is only visible if specifically enabled for the client.

One of the following:

  • Yes: TBD

PRIVACY URL

Visible if ASSISTED NAVIGATION = Yes, URL of the privacy policy. For example, https://www.amazing-company.com/privacy-policy.

ASSISTED NAVIGATION MODE

Visible if ASSISTED NAVIGATION = Yes, one of the following:

  • Controlled by the visitor: TBD
