Voice Skill Type

Before changing the voice skill type, activate the Voice skill type on the top right corner.

Fields

Field Description

CONNECTION TYPE

  • Contact Center Number: Select this option if you are configuring a contact center with CTI.

  • Cloud Contact Center: Select this option if you are configuring a a contact center in the cloud.

ANSWERING MODE

  • CONNECTION TYPE = Cloud Contact Center

ANSWERING STRATEGY

  • CONNECTION TYPE = Cloud Contact Center

PERMISSION FOR INBOUND VIA MOBILE

  • CONNECTION TYPE = Cloud Contact Center

ACTIVATE VOICEMAIL DETECTION

  • CONNECTION TYPE = Cloud Contact Center

DETECTION RESULTS OPTIONS

  • CONNECTION TYPE = Cloud Contact Center

  • ACTIVATE VOICEMAIL DETECTION = Yes
