Accordion: General

Field Description

NAME

Name of the team. For example, Support Team.

DEFAULT OPERATOR STATUS

The default status assigned to operators when they log in.

Possible values:

  • Active: Operators are set to Active when they log in and can immediately receive interactions.

  • Pause: Operators are set to Pause when they log in. They must manually change their status to Active to receive interactions.

OPERATOR CAN SET STATUS

Whether operators can change their status.

Possible values:

  • Yes: Operators can change their status.

  • No: Operators cannot change their status.

ALLOW FILE TRANSFER

Indicates whether operators can transfer files to customers during interactions.

Possible values:

  • Yes: Operators can transfer files to customers.

  • No: Operators cannot transfer files to customers.

CHANNELS

Channels enabled for the team.

Accordion: Pause

Lists the custom pause reasons available for the team.

Accordion: Broadcast

Field Description

RESOLUTION

Defines the resolution of the video when operators broadcast messages.

Possible values:

  • 640x480 pixels.

  • 1280x720 pixels.

  • 1920x1080 pixels.

BITRATE

Defines the video bitrate, in kilobits per second (kbps), for broadcast messages. For example, 400.

Higher bitrates improve image quality but require more bandwidth.

Accordion: Assisted Support

Field Description

ASSISTED NAVIGATION

Whether operators can help customers navigate the site. Also known as co-browsing.

PRIVACY URL

The privacy policy URL shown to customers when they receive an assisted navigation request. For example, https://www.mycompany.com/privacy-policy.

ASSISTED NAVIGATION MODE

Type of assisted navigation that operators can use.

Possible values:

  • Controlled by operator: Operators have full control over the navigation.

  • Controlled by visitor: Visitors have full control over the navigation.

  • Shared control: Both operators and visitors can control the navigation.
