Tab: Properties

Field Description

LEAD TYPE NAME

Name of the lead type.

LEAD CLOSE CAUSE

Reason to close the lead. For example, Period or sale event.

PERIOD

Number of days without activity to automatically close the lead. For example, 7.

PERIOD TYPE

Type of period to automatically close the lead. One of the following:

  • Hours: The lead closes after the number of hours defined in the PERIOD field without activity.

  • Days: The lead closes after the number of days defined in the PERIOD field without activity.

INTERACTION DATE

Interaction used to calculate the lead period. One of the following:

  • First: Uses the first interaction as reference.

  • Last: Uses the last interaction as reference.

Tab: Associations

Field Description

Type

Type of association. One of the following:

  • Skills: Skills associated to the lead type.

  • Channels: Channels associated to the lead type.

Description

Name of the association. For example, Chat - EN - UK.

Default

Indicates if the lead type association is the default one. One of the following:

  • Yes: The association is the default one.

  • No: The association is not the default one.
