Activating SSO for your account
Learn how to request Single Sign-On (SSO) activation for your Engagement Cloud account.
Single Sign-On (SSO) is activated for your Engagement Cloud account by the CoreMedia team on your behalf. To request activation, contact CoreMedia Support and provide the information listed below.
What to provide
To configure SSO for your account, CoreMedia needs the following details from your Identity Provider:
- E-mail Domain — the email domain that identifies your users. A single email domain is supported per activation.
- Protocol — OIDC (OpenID Connect).
- Client Id and Client Secret.
- Authorization Endpoint.
- Token Endpoint.
- JWKS URI.
- Issuer.
Let CoreMedia Support know whether you want to enforce SSO after first login. When enforced, a user cannot revert to password login once they have signed in via SSO for the first time.
Result
Once CoreMedia has activated SSO for your account, users whose email matches the configured domain can be individually activated for SSO by a Manager. See Activating or revoking SSO for a user.
