Breadcrumbs
- Studio: Contact Center and Analytics Studio (CCAS)
- Apps icon > Management > Teams > select a user > General tab
Tab: General, Data section
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Required for SSO. Must be a valid, verified email address before SSO can be activated for the user. |
Tab: General, Backoffice section
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| SSO ENABLED | Checkbox. Controls whether the user signs in via SSO. Only visible to and editable by Manager. Not visible to Supervisor or Operator. |

Notes and constraints
- Unchecking SSO ENABLED and saving routes the user to the standard username and password login, or a first-time password set flow, on their next login attempt.
- If the user's EMAIL is changed, SSO ENABLED is automatically reset, preventing lockout from a stale identity provider mapping.
- Every change to SSO ENABLED, manual or automatic, is recorded in the audit log with who or what triggered it, the affected user, and a timestamp.
