With the release of CM13 the Blob delivery has been completely revised. The controller responsible for the Blob delivery is now configured by a number of Spring beans, which are all available as ExtensionPoints. Other improvements:

The Blob delivery now supports image type transformation not only for defined crop names but for original image files also.

The filename property of CMDownload documents is now supported. This change applies to both URL generation and Blob delivery for CMDownload documents. For details please see chapter 'Adapter' in the Headless Server Manual.
