For kubernetes test system deployments a new overview app will be installed

The new overview application renders sites, administration and topology information dynamically retrieved from the Kubernetes API server.

Cleaned up dependency-management

Duplicated dependency management in blueprint-parent poms for spring-boot-starter-tomcat and tomcat-embed-* artifacts has been removed. These dependencies are already managed in common-thrirdparty-bom.
