Supported and Required Maven version has been updated to 3.9.11.

Also, the Takari Maven Extensions have been removed (.mvn/extensions.xml) which means the option --builder smart is not available anymore by default.

Be aware that since 3.9.0, Maven encodes credentials as ISO-8859-1 by default which can be an issue if you have any special characters in your credentials. You can use the property aether.connector.http.credentialEncoding to configure UTF-8 instead. It is however recommended to create a token in the Nexus UI instead of using your credentials, which also prevents this kind of issue.
