Adding Metrics to a Dimension in a Metric Panel
Add or remove metrics to dimensions in metric panels to view more information about your visitors.
Prerequisites

Have a user with permissions to use Contact Center and Analytic Studio (CCAS).

Have a user with permissions to manage panels.

Have created, at least, a dashboard and a metric panel.
Steps
1. Edit the metric panel

In the top right corner of the metric panel, click menu ….

In the dropdown menu, select EDIT.

In window Configuration: Metric Panel, select tab Metrics.
2. Define the rule

In the top write corner of tab Metrics, click button Add to add a new metric.

In the dropdown menu, select METRIC.

In the dropdown menu, select Add a metric to a dimension.
CCAS shows a list the list of available categories. -
In the to left corner of window Add Metric, below the title Add Metric, select the dimension from the doropdown menu. For example,
Contact with sales. -
In the top right corner of window Add Metric, use the search box to start writing the name of the metric that you want to add. For example,
Bundles.
CCAS starts filtering the name of the metrics using the characters that you wrote in the search box. -
Select the metric.

Click button Add.
CCAS shows the list of rules that you can apply to the selected metric. -
Click button Add.
Note that you can expand categories to browse for metrics.
3. Position the metric
After clicking button Add, the added metric appears at the end of the metric list.

With your mouse, grab the three horizontal lines (
) at the left of the name. -
Drag and drop the metric to the position where you want it to appear in the panel. For example, drag
Bundlesand place it between metricsContactsandSuccess. -
Click button Save and Close.
Note that you can position the new metric inside a group.
If you get an error when trying to save and close, verify if you don’t have any empty group. Groups must have at least one metric.
