Removed Halloween & Christmas Animations

These animations have been removed, because we currently have no possibility to lazy load them and the animations consume too much CPU.

Configuration Feature Flags for CKEditor 5

CKEditor 5 configurations can now be adjusted via feature flags as a lightweight approach for minor adaptations. Conditional changes can now be applied via Studio plugins for CKEditor 5, as known from documents with CKEditor 4.
