Prerequisites

Make sure the user has:

Permissions to use the Engagement Studio.

Group Manager role.

Make sure the user logs in to the Contact Center and Analytics Studio.
Listing panel
Use the Outbound campaign - Email listing panel to view the list of
campaigns, contacts, and state of the emails.

Aggregation panel
Use the Outbound campaign - Email aggregation panel to view the
aggregated analytics data of the outbound email campaign.
