Prerequisites

Make sure the user has:

Permissions to use the Engagement Studio.

Make sure the user logs in to the Contact Center and Analytics Studio.
Listing panel
Use the Outbound campaign - SMS listing panel to view the list of
campaigns, contacts, and state of the SMS messages.

aggregated analytics data of the outbound SMS campaign.
