4.7.11 Adding Comments on Content Properties

Editors in CoreMedia Studio can create comments on certain content properties. To do so, you need to navigate to a document formular, with property fields that can be commented. Hovering a commentable property field reveals a circular button (1) on the right side of the formular, which leads to the corresponding editorial comments feature in the Feedback Hub. Also, the comment button will always be visible if comments already exist for that specific property field (2).

The Editorial Comment tab in the Feedback Hub displays a list of all comments for each property field. You can create new comments for property fields in existing comment threads, edit or delete own comments (1) and delete whole threads (2) that you have started yourself. Administrators also have the right to edit every comment and delete all threads or comments by other users. Comments for other property fields can only be created by using the corresponding button in the document formular.
