The following properties should be configured for the applications Studio Server, Workflow Server, and User Changes Application:

`caplist.persistence`	unset	Set to `sql` to enable the SQL persistence layer. If unset, Elastic Core is used as the persistence layer.
`caplist.datasource.url`	-	JDBC DataSource Connection URL
`caplist.datasource.username`	`cm_caplist`	JDBC DataSource Username
`caplist.datasource.password`	`cm_caplist`	JDBC DataSource Password
