The following properties should be configured for the applications Studio Server and User Changes Application:

`notification.persistence`	`elastic-core`	Set to `sql` to enable the SQL persistence layer.
`notification.datasource.url`	-	JDBC DataSource Connection URL
`notification.datasource.username`	`cm_notifications`	JDBC DataSource Username
`notification.datasource.password`	`cm_notifications`	JDBC DataSource Password
