These plugins integrate with the Link feature provided by CKEditor 5. They provide support for content links (also sometimes referred to as “internal links”) and adapt the target behavior for links such as, if to open in new tab, in named tab.

Regarding links in CKEditor 5 there is also an assistive plugin LinkAttributes available, explained in more detail in Section 10.3.10, “Link Editing”. It is recommended having a look at that section if you wan to provide custom attributes for link editing.
