Table Of ContentsBy default, the publish button in the Action toolbar starts a publication workflow with the currently selected content. The behavior was different in older CoreMedia versions. You can reactivate the old behavior in the Preferences window.
- Old behavior
All content in the My Edited Content area of the Control Room will be added to the publication workflow. The publish button shows the number of content items contained in the My Edited Content area.
- New behavior
Only the currently selected content item will be added to the publication workflow.
In order to activate the old behavior, proceed as follows:
Open the User Menu and select .
Open the Content tab.
Select the Action Toolbar checkbox.
Click [Confirm] .
Now, you have reactivated the old behavior. All content from the My Edited Content area is added to the publication workflow.
