CKEditor 5: Simplify License Management

The license management for CKEditor 5 has been simplified by extracting the licenseKey configuration into an extra sidecar file ckeditor5License.ts.

CKEditor 5 has been updated to version 39.0.2 and CoreMedia's CKEditor 5 Plugins have been updated to version 16.0.0.
