Fixed a Bug Regarding Store Handling on Commerce Adapter Connection Loss

Under certain circumstances the commerce adapter client implementation may not have recovered from temporary connection losses to the commerce adapter. As a result of this bug, fragment requests could not derive the requested site from the given store ID and locale. The only solution was to restart the application that had run into this situation or to clear its cache via actuator or JMX. This bug has been fixed.
