Table Of ContentsThe KIO sidebar provides a dedicated Playbooks view that shows all effective playbooks for the current preferred site and user. To open it, click the sidebar icon in the KIO Co-Pilot window and navigate to Playbooks.
For each playbook the following metadata is displayed:
Scope / Source — whether the playbook originates from the system playbooks, global CMS, site, or user layer.
Override status — whether this playbook overrides a lower-priority playbook, or is itself overridden by a higher-priority one.
From this view you can interact with each playbook depending on its origin:
CMS-based playbooks (global CMS, site, or user level) can be opened in Studio for editing, or duplicated to a more specific level.
System playbooks can be duplicated to a CMS-based level for customisation, but cannot be opened or edited directly.
