You can store playbooks globally in the CoreMedia Content Repository at the configured global path. Create a Settings document below /Settings/Options/Settings/Playbooks via Studio and fill out all required fields. The KIO Backend will automatically load the playbooks from the repository without requiring a restart.

Playbooks stored at the global path take precedence over playbooks loaded from GitHub or the filesystem, but are overridden by more specific site- or user-level playbooks.
