The following properties should be configured for Studio Server application:

`project.persistence`	`elastic-core`	Set to `sql` to enable the SQL persistence layer.
`project.datasource.url`	-	JDBC DataSource Connection URL
`project.datasource.username`	`cm_projects`	JDBC DataSource Username
`project.datasource.password`	`cm_projects`	JDBC DataSource Password
