The documentation of the UAPI QueryService stated that a "BELOW folder" condition also matches the folder itself. As this was only true for some corner cases, the implementation had been adjusted with 2304.1 to match the documentation.

However, this change introduced performance issues on some databases so that we reverted the change and the queries now work as before and do not return the folder itself except for the special case of the root folder.

The documentation has been adjusted accordingly.
